Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes how TaskFlow ("TaskFlow", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when your organization ("Customer") uses TaskFlow to assign, track and manage tasks across its departments, and when you, as a member of that organization, sign in and use the product.

Task data you and your colleagues create belongs to your organization. This policy covers what TaskFlow itself collects to operate the service — it is not a substitute for your own company's internal data-handling policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with your work Google account, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Workspace information. Your department, role, and — if your organization enables WhatsApp notifications — the mobile number your admin adds to your profile.

Task data. Tasks you create, are assigned, or supervise: task names, descriptions, priority, status, due dates, remarks, and attachments where supported.

Activity logs. A record of who created, updated, transferred or closed a task and when, kept for accountability within your organization.

Notification delivery data. Whether a notification we sent you (in-app, email, WhatsApp or push) was delivered, opened, or failed, so we can retry or fall back to another channel.

3. How we use this information

We do not use your task content to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell personal data to advertisers.

4. Third parties we share data with

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate TaskFlow. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:

We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law, or with your organization's explicit instruction.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and task data for as long as your organization's TaskFlow subscription is active. If your organization closes its account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Most of these actions can be performed directly by your organization's administrator; you can also contact us directly at dme@tufwud.in.

7. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your organization's data is restricted by role — for example, only your organization's admins can see data outside a user's own department. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect stored data, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

TaskFlow is a workplace tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and post material changes on this page.
